About us

We stay up to date and educated on the most current market, systems and processes to pass this important information on to you and help you with your goals of home ownership.

Realtor® since 2008 and we have worked as a Real estate team since 2012.  Sisters serving  Winnipeg & surrounding areas since 2008.   Our past has seen us working in residential real estate and for a condo builder in Winnipeg for 5 years selling new condos.  What an experience seeing the plans then watching the building come out of the ground and all the buyers excited to get in and see their new place and start a whole new lifestyle.  Condo living can be for anyone with all the different types and styles available.  

Previously Kathy has worked in the financial Services industry (mortgage dept, customer service, cash services, training ect).  Human Resource Management certificate and Crystal was formerly in office management and book keeping.  Our combined experience will help serve you on making the most informed decision possible.

We 💜  our dogs and we foster dogs when time permits.  One of us enjoys city living and the other lives rural.  One of us can bake up a storm and the other is a BBQ whiz.  We both spend some down time on Lake Winnipeg with our families and fur babies and travel when the world allows.  We keep our camera close and have been exploring  all the wonders of taking a great photo.
